  6.  To save space in the installation package, the Visual Basic 6 runtime
  7.  files have not been included since most systems already have them. It
  8.  has been detected that they are missing from this computer,  so setup
  9.  has been aborted.

  11.  To run this program, AND ANY OTHER WRITTEN IN VISUAL BASIC 6, it will
  12.  be necessary to download and install the files from Microsoft. Use of
  13.  the runtime library files is free.

  15.  The URL for the free download of the Visual Basic 6 runtime files is:
  16.  ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/Softlib/MSLFILES/vbrun60.exe  This package is
  17.  1.0 mb in size and once it is installed this setup will proceed.
